What class is he? I don't see much about him that really sticks out, but if he's only a FR/SO, he can develop more and possibly get an offer.

I believe he is a sophomore. He will need to grow about 3-4 inches at least. It was his lack of arm strength that caused me to post what I did. Obviously he can improve and grow the next couple of years.
