Columbia has some really nice areas that border the slums as well. One side of Gervais Street is larger homes, etc, while the other side backs up to Gonzalez Gardens... the largest housing project I have ever seen.

LSU has ghettos boarding two sides
the area bt LSU and downtown is down right shite.
The only other problem besides traffic and worrying about north br is fricking gov apartments are littering south br. Its some of the dumbest shite ever putting gov apartments in areas like south br.
