I'm trying to figure if all of you have gone full retard or just Gump retard at the moment. Who has ever denied that we have sucked since Nolan? We still throw money at coaches like it's cool until one fits. Broyles was a arrogant prick when it came to Nolan and Mike Anderson which is why we didn't have him before he even went to Mizzou. We would easily take your coach if we thought he would be a good fit. An what is Bama's overall conference record? All-time? I really don't know but since you are an expert in crunching numbers so they match what flame you're trying to put out there, then I suppose you can tell me. For the 100th time already, we are not good in basketball rigt now. And for the 100th time, this is the best Bama will ever be at basketball. A maybe 9 seed is the pennacle of Bama basketball and that is a fact. You don't even compete with Arkansas on a national program level. If it isn't football, you do not have a dog in the fight. Don't feel bad though. Only LSU, Florida and Arkansas are programs that make an attempt to compete in all major sports. Please come back and talk when football season begins.

He's already got a great contract and if you win in bball @ Bama its a great environment.. at one point Gottfried was packing the house every night. Wimp had it rocking in Coleman when he was here.
If Grant wins big at Bama he won't be going anywhere... I mean where else would he go? Dayton? UF? Donovan is gonna pulls a Coach K at UF and he's not much older than Grant... Miami bball support sucks azz.. He'll be at Bama a very long time.

So you give off opinions as fact, and when I actually provide facts, you bring up sucking at all things other than football even though we will make the NCAA tourney in basketball, our softball team is a perennial top 5 team, our gymnastics team has won 5 or 6 championships, and both of our golf programs are top ten teams. Depends on what your definition of winning big is. If he turns us into a consistent tournament team that frequently makes the Sweet Sixteen with the occasional Elite Eight, I don't see him going anywhere. We pay him really well and have given him all the facility upgrades he has wanted.
If he takes us to a couple of Final Fours or even wins a championship, I could definitely see him being snatched up by an elite basketball school.
