What would it take for Mississippi State to get Shaka Smart from VCU?

If Stansbury is fired, it seems as if Shska Smart would be a home run. Great defensive coach, young and entergetic, his players love him and bust their arse for him.
I say offer him $1.5 million and get him to Starkville.

I don't think State will spend over $1.5 mil
I just hope we can hire a solid coach who will have a smooth transition.

It doesn't matter what I believe, Smart believes the VCU job is a good job as he turned down jobs better than Ms. State last year...
VCU has been to the tourney more recently, frequently, and further more recently than Ms. State...
