I've seen video, it's retarded and gay. I know it's tradition, just get some women to go with them.

The best part about these threads is every poster thinks that what they have to say is original and we've never heard it before, and it will somehow bring new and enlightening information to the subject.

So what you are saying is that everyone on the planet has told you are gay yet somehow you still believe they are wrong?
Denial aint just a river in Egypt brah.

I just want to say that I enjoy have sex with women. That's all. Everyone have a great day.

They just need to wait and see how bad it gets when the season starts. The majority of fans of SEC schools (ones who aren't nerds like us) have no idea of Aggie's strange behaviors.

is there even a demand among the female student population to have cheerleaders
You're doing it wrong. Demand should be in the male student population. Stop making their point for them...

How do you know that Adam (of Adam and Eve) was an aggie?
Only an aggie would sit next to a naked woman and just eat an apple.

I gotta defend the Aggies on this one. Tradition is what the SEC is all about -- and we don't all have to have the same traditions. Who would even want that? There's nothing wrong with coordinated cheers. Anyone ever heard Alabama fans chant Rammer Jammer? Or Hotty Toddy (okay, bad example). How about LSU's band fanfares followed by "Geaux Tigers." Anybody have a problem with the calling of the Hogs? Or ringing cowbells? Kentucky has that "Cats, Cats, Cats" cheer with the weird cat scratch gestures. Georgia fans bark for God's sake. Florida has Mr. Two Bits and they sing "We are the Boys" -- while swaying arm in arm. USC has sandstorm -- and half the stadium yelling "Cocks" at the top of their lungs. Auburn has a bird flying around the stadium. Could cheers coordinated by yell leaders be any more annoying that singing Rocky top ("Wooo!") eleventy-million times? Yeah, yeah, fine -- mock them for being crotch grabbers. They don't care. They heard it all when they were in the Big Bevo. Give them shite all you went, but don't expect them to change.
Leave it up to a Cock to defend the Faggies.......

I've been to a few games at Kyle field. I've even stopped drinking long enough to head over there for midnight cheerleading practice.
There's truly nothing like it...and that's not a good thing.

KU = Kansas, dumb arse.
You're a fricking Aggie. Don't try to act like y'all have a good football program.
Kentucky has been better than A&M the last several years.

well that makes sense, yall remind me a lot of kansas. besides of course that they aren't the consistently the most overrated basketball team in the last decade.
and you have done as good as a&m recently... are you bragging about that? a&m has been the worst they have ever been in the last 8-10 yrs and you want to brag about that?
my condolences,

No, A&M will always have student elected yell leaders, we have for a century, but this is a debate about adding cheer leaders somewhere in the stadium or the ADT

The problem with the dance team is what music will they dance to? They won't be rocking to "Noble Men of Kyle" or "Strategic Air Command." The Aggie band's repetoire simply isn't compatible. So, if the dance team were to be at Kyle, that would mean that the PA system would have to supply the music, either at the expense of time allotted to the Aggie band, or at the expense of commercials which generate money.
Frankly, if you attend the games, this is a non-issue. Only a few thousand of the 90,000 fans are actually close enough to the sidelines to see a dance team or cheerleaders. It's all about TV and changing perceptions. I've always said that if they want eye candy for TV, the easy solution is to simply have the dance team, the Diamond Darlings, and any other group of attractive females strategically seated in the first row of the student section (in their civilian attire--hopefully, some nice sun dresses) so that they will be available for the TV reaction shots--problem solved.

You don't know shite about your own history.
Not surprising.
Aggie has been MUCH worse than the past 8-10 years in several past decades.

I agree. We had worse records in the 40's and 60's but didn't have the advantages we do now. Aggie Football from 2002-2011 has been inexcusable. For worse than when we had down periods as a small military school.
And you're an arrogant longhorn fan
Not surprising.
