For those of you unfamiliar with the deep and storied history of Missouri athletics (everyone here), I thought it may be important to mention the recent renaming of Paige Sports Arena to Mizzou Arena. The reason for this was Paige Laurie, of Walmart background, was busted for academic dishonesty and Southern Cal took her degree from her three weeks after the arena was opened. Elena Martinez claimed that she was paid by the Walton heiress to write papers for her for 3+ years.
I would expect more from a university which is constantly boasting about its AAU status.

This guy is retarded. She never went to Mizzou. Her parents are billionaires who contribute a ton a cash to the university. When it was named Paige, no one knew about the scandal in California. Once the scandal came to light, the arena's name was changed (for the better).

WG Dawg - been ranked #1 more than once (including once with Chase Daniel). Mizzou frankly should have at least one national title, as in 1960 all we had to do was take care of business in home finale vs ku and the national title was ours. We blew it, choked under the weight of the day, and yeah ku did cheat by using a star player who was ineligible and later forfeited, but we should have beat them with or without their cheating so thats on us. But I will put Mizzou football in the Dan Devine era up against any of Georgia's best runs of success.

How bout from 80-83 when we went 43-4-1, won the SEC 3 times, 1 national title, 1 Heisman, and played in 3 sugar bowls and a cotton bowl.
You just said yall don't even have a national title, how can you compare that to an era that does?

We only deal with real national titles here in the SEC, not "woulda shoulda coulda" titles...
