The only 15 year period he referenced was when the majority of 10 win seasons occurred for a couple teams meaning they are not as good as us on a historical basis and are "new money" in this game.

Keep up.

A little touchy when it comes to SEC titles? Tell me one reason why Arkansas is better than Tennessee and i'll tell you 1000 reasons why Tennessee is better than Arkansas.

Funny how he didn't list the number of 10 win seasons for the more traditionally strong teams in the SEC (Bama,Tennessee). Anyone with a little knowledge of SEC history knows that those teams are more "new money" than others.

He mentioned them, the point was that Arkansas has a large number of 10 win seasons, more occurred when only 11 games was played than LSU and Florida.

Keep up.

Go look up the data in the "modern era" with Broyles, Holtz, Hatfield, and Petrino coaching and compare to the years consisting of Crowe, Ford and Nutt and tell me which was the anomaly...

Again, congrats on your 10 win seasons. That doesn't mean you're on the national spotlight, however. Teams that win championships gain the national spotlight.

So it's OK for Arkansas to have an anomaly? But Tennessee can't?

Yes.

National Modern Media

Arkansas can't pay a coach $2M+ .. Ooops paying Bobby top 10 at $3.68M

Arkansas doesn't have the fan support to cash in like the Big programs in the SEC... Ooops we are right behind Tennessee in WSJ and behind Alabama in Forbes

Arkansas can't recruit well enough to win the SEC. .. Ooops Arkansas' senior class was re-ranked and finished #6 according to SI. While finishing #5 in that nation in 2011.

Arkansas can not sustain their presence... Ooops, Tennessee did and even achieved greater with the same damn business model and coach.

Arkansas lost it's ties to Texas.. Ooops, Thank you TAMU!

Arkansas has played in every original BCS bowl game except the Rose Bowl.

I don't blame people for doubting us because we have been asleep behind the wheel along with bad coaching hires... shite who does that sound like currently the past 5 years.. TENNESSEE!

Arkansas and Tennessee are so much a like but they don't want to admit it. That's fine the facts speak for themselves.

No one is comparing what Arkansas had done now to 1998 Tennessee. We are however comparing their previous years before a championship that had to be built just as Arkansas is doing to get back to history.

Tennessee's winning ways left once they fired the man responsible for all their success and having a coach making their program a stepping stone school.
