Auburn is going to have more experience and hopefully a new attitude on D with Van Gorder. Hinges on the QB play...anywhere from 7-10 wins is possible with this bunch.

Bama and LSU should be at the same level again.

State might be grinding towards a better year. No 10 win campaign like some say, but I see an 8-4 or 7-5 mark for them.

Ole Miss...eh...no clue.

I have no read on Arkansas. I don't see them beating LSU or Alabama at this point, though. Same old song and dance next season?

UGA is my waaaaaay too early BCSNG pick. They've got a free ride all the way to Atlanta, it looks like. South Carolina could potentially be a dark horse for the conference crown, too.

Florida is on the same level as State, Vandy may be a 8 win team, UK and UT will fight for the bottom...and I don't know what to expect from Missouri (or aTm).

Yes, the SEC will be amazing next year. The SEC was awesomely mediocre this year other than Bama and LSU.

Arkansas, Florida, LSU, Georgia, Auburn, Tennessee, and Missouri are ALL almost certain to be improved. The SEC is going to be rough next year.

I don't see why so many hog fans just automatically assume they'll be better next year. They act like Joe Adams and Jarius Wright were just everyday receivers and surely 2 more just like them will come up next year. Ya'll may very well overcome those losses, but I wouldn't say it's a given

Nothing's a given in the SEC, but its possible that we have just as good a WR corps next year, with a killer RB in Davis that we didn't have this year.

We don't really have to worry about receivers or quarterbacks with Petrino

Unlike a certain other team...

Yeah no shite, even Missouri's "lowly defense" only gave up 24 points to that high school offense in Manhattan. I'd wait to judge arkys new d coordinator on if they can hold bama or lsu to less than 40 next year

I'd more worried about your own High School spreadish, Run and Shoot offense, unless you have a Cam Newton up your sleeve that shite won't work.

No one thinks yall will repeat except your fans. Can you please explain to me how your offense is going to be better next year? AJ's progression is not equal to or greater than losing Richardson.

Agreed. (un)Fortunately, we play bama early next year, so we should get a better understanding if the DC is making an impact.

mostly agree

I think USC, UGA, and Arky were very good teams this year but still haven't figured out how good they were

Arky, LSU, and UGA are not sure things to be better. They were good teams last year and LSU especially has to match a pretty amazing season

I agree Auburn, Florida, MU, and probably schools like A&M, Tenn, MSU, Ole Miss, and KY should be improved tho

All due respect, but Alabama's losses on Defense are pretty major, & you aren't going to grow a tailback to replace Richardson out of thin air. Nor will you grow wide receivers out of what you have now, either.

Duron Carater may be far more trouble than he's been worth, & wasn't he having issues and not with the team at some point last year? I'm sure he won't get processed, but still its an area for concern.

I think you still present more talent than 80-90% of the rest of the conference, but your offense won't be able to play ball-control nearly as well, & the defense takes a step backwards. AJ will get leaned on to throw you guys to victory, & I just don't see anywhere close to a repeat.

You'll do very, very well. I can see double digit wins. But repeating is far-fetched.

State is getting better. They've had a very good recruiting year, for them. Mullen is getting better athletes. They play hard and have given top ranked teams a run for their money.

Ole Miss - When you have to pay your coach $100,000 for each SEC win, then you know you're in trouble. They will be horrible.
