I think it is time we all come together and try to ID the guys who did this to the poor guy. SEC Rant Unite!!

LINK

quote:

"There were just shoulder to shoulder people coming back, so we kind of came across two LSU fans who were walking in the opposite direction," said Harris. "One of them spoke and it wasn't loud or mean or anything and then my father-in-law responded with 'well at least we kept it in the SEC.’ It wasn't meant in a derogatory fashion at all and he didn't really have that tone in his voice. And then out of the blue the other friend just decked him...hit him right in the jaw. And then we turned around to check on him and then as soon as we turned back around, I mean this all happened in a split second and they're just gone."

quote:

"Both sides of his jaws are broke. They only had to do one plate. He will be wired completely shut for six weeks. He's in a good deal of pain right now, but doing well," Hurley. "It's been an emotional roller coaster. I've been happy that he's alive, sad that someone would do this to such a good man, angry and ready to find out who did this. "

quote:

The family says they weren't the only ones to encounter violence in New Orleans after the BCS National Championship. Their surgeon's daughter got robbed at gunpoint and their co-worker's nephew got stabbed the same night.

"He got cut up extremely, extremely bad so it just sounds like there was just violence everywhere. You know in the emergency room there's 4 or 5 other people kind of with the same similar type stories," said Brett Harris.

If anyone witnessed this crime, please let us know. I will alert New Orleans DA and the UAPD as soon as we have ID'ed the guy so they can prosecute him for attempted murder.

NOLA is like Kingston Jamaica, and some people have to learn this the hard and painful way.
