from 10 to 20 feet away though, you'd think a crowd with their phones out recording and OH MY GOSH!!!, would solicite their curiosity.

Considering you werent there and the lady who is the witness admits she was drunk and didnt watch the whole thing, ill reserve my judgement on what I think would solicit attention and wouldnt.
