Do you deny NOLA allows open drunkenness?
Do you deny NOLA allows some nudity while drunk?
Do you deny that NOLA allows sex shows and lewdness?
They allow all of that. And that brings out the worst in people. And when you have all that, and thousands of people, you will have some who will lack judgement and commit crimes, such as the guy that committed that act. And the people that rob drunks. NOLA has an absurdly high crime rate. This is also fact. Perhaps if NOLA cleaned up its act a little bit, it wouldn't be so. And fools wouldn't be so brazen to think it is ok to put their nuts on another person in public, with no retribution. In case you didn't notice, there were Lsu fans in that building at the time it occured, workers, also. And the vid appeared to be shot from the street. I'm sure there were a great many people watching also. Yet, no report, until it hit the internet. Why? Because NOLA has the perception that anything goes, and if not for the internet, it was holding true in this incident. Work as hard on cleaning up that boil on Louisiana's arse, as you are in apprehending this nutdragger, is all I'm saying. You might prevent another person from being the victim of assuault by scrotum.

And I think the video was disgusting. NO ONE (and there were Krystal employees and fans in purple in the video) did anything to stop it! To me, that is the MOST disgusting of all. The guy that did it was drunk, the "victim" was drunk and NO "friends" tried to help either one.

They allow more than that at times. Just from reading the OT threads about the gay festivals, dude's walk down Bourbon with their junk out, and stroke and suck on each other in the bars. And let's not forget about the whore houses, err massage parlors, in the quarter. Or you can a little better looking girls at the strip clubs if you've got the cash.

Here's 30 or so other crimes that happened on or near Bourbon Street on the dates of 1/9/12-1/10/12. (Or maybe it's a bizarro Bourbon street, since no crime takes place there). They include, assault, robbery, drugs/alcohol, theft/larceny, motor vehicle theft...

Trying to correlate the crime rate in New Orleans with the party scene in the city is a feat of dumbassery. Most of the crime in New Orleans has NOTHING to do with Bourbon Street or the French Quarter. It's not even tangentially associated with them.

Put in the dates of 1-9 thru 1-10 and zoom into the French Qtr. I know you don't want to see facts or anything, but they are right there.

Where were you all when an Lsu recruit forced a 14 yo to perform a sexual act on him, as he was an adult of legal age? I seem to recall, pages and pages of Lsu fans calling the child a whore, but hardly any defense for her. Plenty for the the RB recruit though.

Please tell me you really don't think New Orleans is the reason this happened? That a vile and despicable human being could inflict themselves on another for their own amusement. I can assure you the character flaws shown by this individual came long before he ever set foot in New Orleans. Let's hope finding this person will prevent someone else, or even possibly a child from the abuse this individual believes is socially acceptable.
