funny how quickly you forget he took you took as far as your program has ever been in the NCAAT and recruited all of your current team who is a top 5 team.

And coached them to a 9-19 finish last season.
That Elite 8 team had some star players that were Quin Snyder's players. Also we had Anderson's nephew. He only has so many relatives who can play.

Anderson fails at recruiting for the most part and isn't really a great coach, though I give him credit for 1 great year. It's documented by players that Anderson just rolled the ball out at practice and said "go", and having been to their practices before I can vouch for that. He didn't even have film sessions with his teams. Thanks and all to him for getting us back on track after Quinn, but it was time for him to go as he had clearly plateaued.

OMG this is the most uninformed post ever in the history of the universe.
yes, we've never reached final four status so Suitcase Mike reached the same plateau as Norm Stewart and Quin Snyder, but this team is NOT top 5 because of Anderson.
Jesus, that is stupid. Our coach booted one of Anderson's players off the team for being mediocre and another has now left (possibly for family reasons, possibly because of no playing time).
We only have 7 scholarship players now (and 1 who is out for the season). They are mostly seniors which means Mike Anderson is one of the worst recruiters ever and left the cupboard bare.
Our new coach has already out-recruited Anderson by a freaking mile and he hasn't even been here very long. Your Arkansas fervor has led you astray. Please become intelligent.
