Menzie was named to the coaches' first team and mathieu wasnt??
The only reasoning I can see for keeping him off it is the suspension.

I've also seen them argue that the special teams stats don't (or shouldn't) count.

To be fair, he's not a blanket cover like PP, but he's completely redefining the position of "Ball Hawk". He's an immeasurable freak. There is no traditional slot or mold you can put him in.
