If LSU wins out I think OkSt is a strong possibility. I think a lot of voters would go for a confer. champ getting a shot rather than a team that didn't make it to their championship game. I LSU were to lose you could use the same argument;however, you could also look at it as a chance for Bama to have a rematch with the team that beat them during the regular season. Everyone knows that LSU and Bama are the best two teams but we all know that the media hype plays a very big role and i have to think the majority of the country doesn't want an all SEC Championship game.

Thank you for sharing.

Yep. That's why the coaches ranked them at #6. Because they want them to play in the championship game.

Well every Bammer seems to think they are a lock. I would love to beat that arse two times in one year.Maybe this time they can get in the red zone.

LSU vs Alabama 60-40 (if both teams win out). Hell, it may be 65-35

IMO. The SEC could really screw Alabama over though, if they lose 3 or more of their remaining OOC games and Penn St loses.. teams will start creeping up.

Bama is a lock. Sorry that upsets you enough to post a twenty third thread about it.

I said they would lose at minimum 2 of their last 4 games. Probably 3. Penn St winning helps LSU fwiw

It looks like the coaches think Alabama and LSU are 1-2 in the country.

The general public that watched the game believe the officials helped LSU with all the breaks.

That will make the difference.

LSU needs to win out to play Bama for it all.

Okie Lite is done. ESPN guru, CBS guru say the same.

However, at the moment, they trail both Virginia Tech and Stanford in the polls. I don't think it's likely OSU would catch Alabama if they have to jump both of those teams without them losing. Therefore, a rematch between LSU and Alabama is the current projection.

Yep. They better not slip up, either. There's very little room for error this late in the season.

True. But, that's dependent on Virginia Tech winning the ACC.. and if they do that, they may be sitting at #3.

Lots of crazy shite this season. Football Gods are smiling upon Bama even more than they smiled on LSU in 2007. Okie St field goal was above the vertical bars, Oklahoma called a TO when Baylor was playing for OT and got burned (), Oregon missed a game winning FG..

Unreal really

Tie goes to the receiver...

That call could have gone either way. It went to LSU's way. I would say that was a break. Not really a big deal, but I would call it a break.

The call was confirmed on the field. As in there was indisputable video evidence in favor of the INT. There's loads of pictures and videos out there that are entirely conclusive. There's a reason only Alabama fans talk about that play. It got almost zero air-time on ESPN, etc. Think back to the PP7 INT, that shite was all over the tv for weeks. They still show it.

Of course you would. Just like you lost because your kicker missed those 3 50yrd. chip shots. Maybe in the rematch you should not punt at all. If you miss a 70 yrd field goal that could be another "break" for LSU.
