Georgia might be the third best in the SEC right now

Until the Hogs can play a complete game, I'm giving Georgia a slight nod over them. They are playing really well on both sides of the ball right now. I'm glad we don't have to play them this year.

I would put UGA 3rd. They are Arkansas with a running game and defense.

Tyler was not on last night. Simple as that. There were a couple of passes that could easily have been interceptions. He was also overthrowing a lot of receivers. Against a better defense he would have had 3 interceptions last night.
Our secondary is still giving the receivers tons of room. If Tenn would have had their starting QB in there then we would have been punished a lot more than we were.
We are looking better, but still have a ways to go.

Tyler wasn't on but Dennis Johnson was. Tyler still played decent.

UGA didn't have to play any good SEC teams this year.
They lost to the only two ranked teams they faced.
That said, anyone can see they're on fire right now.

I am not sure what to think about them just yet because of who they have played since South Carolina. Not many real barn burners - no offense to UF, Vandy or AU. The game against UF like then one yesterday would have sold me a little more. Hell, LSU even passed against AU.

If we were 'on fire' while playing this schedule Arkansas fans would never hear the end of it and would get zero credit for any of these wins.

I'm as big of a homer as any of us, but I'm just being honest.
Tennessee is AWFUL this year. They have a ton of injuries and just can't compete for 4 quarters. Their defense front is porous, which allowed for huge gaps for our RBs. I mean seriously...our 5th string RB was running them over. Do you seriously think our 5th string RB magically became that good overnight?
There were at least 2 other passes that Tyler easily could have gotten intercepted. As in it was in their hands and they dropped it.
Georgia has a better defense than us right now. I think we can all agree on that. Their passing game is meshing well right now. They have been a better rushing team than us.
We might be better than them...I dunno...but it is a lot closer than some of you are giving them credit for.

244 yd 3 tds and 1 int........most places would kill for QB play like that.
