Bama only managed a little over 100yds on the ground last year and our d-line looks much improved over even last years talented bunch. If you are a bama fan, what has changed in your eyes for this year that gives you confidence your Oline will be able to do a better job this year.

I am surprised LSU fans are so ignorant when it comes to their own team.

I really haven't paid much attention to the line this year. How many new players from last year, and who has made the most improvement from last year?

They've gotten a lot better at holding this year.

Whats changes is we have practically everyone back and you do not have your best DL or LB from last year.

We also have our entire defense back from last year, sans Dareus, so LSU should be good to go in that department as well.

Y'all have repeated this so much, you believe it. Was North Texas really that dominant of a defense? I know you'll bring up Penn State, but their other opponents this season laugh at that statement.

and you downgraded from Joe Pendry to some nobody

No, what's changed is that unlike last year going into this game, LSU's defense leads the SEC in both sacks and tackles for loss.
And on the flip side, the Tigers OL has given up the fewest sacks and tackles for loss in the conference.

We didn't need to against Ole Miss. Mostly b/c our RBs were in the second level before our OL had a chance to do anything.

Stop living in the past. Bammer.

As far as the DL goes, our DT pair IMO is better than our DT pair last year. They have been more consistent and have made many more plays behind the line. Our DE's are also much improved over last year. Montgomery was out for Bama last year and Adams is light years better than last year. I would like to have Sheppard back however, and that is the one chink BAMA may be able to exploit, we will just have to see how important a piece that ends up being.

Excuse you, Jeff Stoutland was named in the Nevin Shapiro allegations.
Hardly a nobody...

This
Our line as a whole is much better than last year and has much more depth at all positions.
On the other hand our linebackers are my greatest concern in the game. Outside of Baker there really isn't much going on in that department
