No, the Saban legacy will always be tied to Bama. Just like with Bryant and Texas A&M is always tied to Bama. The fact is he had a short stay at LSU and it's fact, but he will always be remembered most for his days with Alabama.

He coached at LSU. He won a National Championship. I think it would have been pretty dumb for him not to be in the DVD. I am sure some dumb asses are pissed about it, but some people just like something to bitch about.

Why would it bother us, that the dvd probably shows
how he went to the muddy waters of the bayou, and
clean up the program. Installed discipline and character won them a national championship, and
set them up to win another one. All the while
plotting his move to get the job he has always
wanted. So no it does not bother me. RTR

It's always disappointing to see someone fail at the job they always wanted like Saban did. Not flaming, it's seriously disappointing.

It doesn't bother me at all. It probably bothers some LSU fans though. LSU is part of his past and is something he should be remembered for.
I've never heard a Bama fan say anything negative about the Blindside. Most of the Bama fans I know bought the movie because of his role in it.

If you talking about his time at miami that was
just down time till his plan unfolded, he knew
shula time was just about up.

you sir are delusional.... Bama was never his dream job more of a mere fall back job that he knew he could do well in and bring his name back up

That really depends on how much longer he's there. It's not like with Bryant who was at Bama 25 vs just 4 at aTm. Plus he never won a title at aTm either.
If Saban wins another 2 NCs and stays another 10 years, I'll agree with you somewhat. But as of right now his "legacy" is more as a coach who won BCS titles are 2 different SEC schools.
