It's not legal in Louisiana. Plus, the NCAA doesn't really give a shite about whether you can buy it in a store or not. They make the rules. Players have to abide by them.

They haven't made any rule at all for synthetic pot.
My best guess is PED's or weed, but whatever it was, it wasn't spice.

Yeah it is. LA outlawed it, and then the companies made minor chemical adjustments. Drive over to a gas station and see for yourself.
