This seems like one of the rare weekends where Auburn winning would benefit Alabama.

I think Bama would rather have the chance of beating #1.

My guess is no.

They want to beat an undefeated LSU.

Why would they want to devalue their (allegedly) biggest win of the year?

Not at all. I don't really care so much about Nov. 5th being 1 vs 2 or whatever, but I don't see how Auburn winning really helps Alabama.

No. Now, rooting for Arkansas on the day after Thanksgiving is another story.

No, but only b/c beating #1 LSU helps us more in the BCS than it would if they were #7 or 8.

If AU loses this week and stays unbeaten until they play Bama then we'll also have a shot at a top 15 AU team to close the season.

I think they have more reason than ever to root against y'all. LSU is their only obstacle this season.

We are pulling for Tiger Stadium's water supply to be contaminated, resulting in explosive diarrhea for both teams. May the best team win after that.

Short Answer: No.

Long Answer: I hope LSU beats Auburn by 40+ points.
