Congress has steadily shifted more of its responsibilities over to the Judiciary so they don’t have to make hard decisions and threaten re-election efforts.

Did Congress do that?

Or did Trump and Miller's EO strategy do that?

Id need a gay man tossed from a building by the local authorities. A public beheading might be sufficient as well.
What a fricking weird thread. Mad because others don't share your kink?:yack:

Trump did absolutely nothing to E Jean Carroll.

Who cares. Least important ruling on the docket and not even what i was considering with the comment.

When you abide by the sycophant belief of "Trump was right about everything", as a good portion of this board has quoted MANY times, I can see why you would think that.

s it just me, or is the USA tax payer bank rolling the scum of the world?

It's not just you. There was even a proposed $1.8 billion fund for that exact purpose recently. For compensating rioters:lol:. Luckily, both sides of the idiots in congress stopped it.
Paging stadium rat.

OP, Google Jambalaya calculator. It's an amazing tool. Even if only to save it for later use.

Thanks to everyone for the actual good thoughts on the topic without all the ad hominem and deflection as per usual. Poliboard of old shows up today. Love that.

I would say that student loans are THE anchor that weighs them down.

I 100% agree. I have 1 undergrad and 2 grad degrees, and they weren't paid off until 48 years old. That's an obscene cost to educate a populace. Granted, I have more degrees than most, but I'm only in the top 18%, based on family income. And I have a sugar momma with a great occupation for work/life balance. Paying off loans until 40 for an average degree is madness!

If you removed the profit motive from academia (and Healthcare), we would be much better off as a country. Capitalism is king, but it's important to recognize deficiencies in the system.

What’s going on with these socialists/communists getting elected?

Voters aged 18-40 have been told since birth that the wealth would eventually trickle down. They haven't seen it. They have seen war, recession, corruption, and the rise of a billionaire class while being told they are "the richest poor people in the world" and should be grateful for that. Factor in a completely dysfunctional 2 party government system where neither party works towards improving the lives of their citizens, and you get people lashing out. And nothing scares the American establishment like the threat of big Socialism, so that's the button they are pushing. I'm old and grabbed my "wealth", but I am genuinely fearful about the economy my college bound teenagers will inherit.

Oh, and thinking this tantrum will stop at the borders of NYC and LA would be a very bad policy decision.

Reading diagnostics. It's already reading every image that is ordered. At least in any moderately large facility.
For the few posters in here supporting more construction, or dismissing the inconvenience to nearby homeowners, would you live next to one? Let's say within a quarter mile. I find it hard to believe you would be willing.
Large family. Suburban living. Outdoor cooking and gathering.

My God. The Horror! Might as well be Afghanistan.

If you have to keep reminding yourself, and convincing everyone else, is it really "winning"?
Ok.

If you walk into a medical/dental clinic and are professionally diagnosed with a disease, but that clinic proceeds to prescribe you the prophylactic for that disease instead of the treatment, they can be held liable for any subsequent injury resulting from that disease and lack of treatment. In the OPs case, that could ultimately be those teeth falling out due to bone loss and gum recession because of the diagnosed gum disease.

Most medical professionals would prefer to lose you as a patient than risk that liability.
