Polymarket still has Paxton with only a 40% chance to win. What's changed in the past 2 weeks that would indicate Talarico is being "exposed"? There are a few "boys in girls sports" commercials going around, and a strange "sold out to the Chinese" ad, but we're also seeing a lot of Paxton corruption ads and Adam Hoffman related ads.

Guys, I agree that getting fed loan money out of the equation would be the best way to lower costs, I just don't think doing that for specific degrees will have the upstream impact on other degree costs. Not funding your gender studies degree won't make a university incentivised to charge me less to be an engineer.
Now if you remove ALL the loan money over a defined period, I have no doubt universities would have to adjust.

I understand thinking they will do this stupidity, but my guess is this is more focused on "DEI" degrees. Women's studies. Racial studies. Gender studies. Etc...
I think they just have to advertise with a larger umbrella than what reality will end up being.
