he and McShay were on sportscenter today
BS as far as I'm concerned, in fact I think there's maybe 2 or 3 DB's from LSU I'd take over Dre if you include Simon and Mathieu as well

Claiborne is tops in the SEC. Kirkpatrick is 2nd right now IMO.

This is NFL potential not who's better in college. DK is a better prospect than the others you mentioned. Mathieu is a stud in college but his measureables will drop him come draft time.

For some reason the rantards are proclaiming a 5'7" nickel back to be a first round pick. The NFL isn't going to view a guy with those numbers as a first round guy, even though he is a really good ball hawk as a college player.

It's kind of a stupid argument.
Mathieu is only a Soph. so he isn't draft eligible. His time in college isn't up yet so who knows if he will be better next year than Kirkpatrick was as a JR.
Claiborne is without question the top CB in the SEC imho.
