Mississippi State fans: How does your defensive line look?

I know you've only played one game, and it was vs. Memphis, so maybe the more accurate question is what is the projection. Specifically, I am curious about the size of your D-line.

The reason is, if you noticed when LSU played Oregon, in the first half we ran the ball and used quite a bland, predictable offense, which resulted in us being able to dominate their undersized defensive line by running up the middle in the 3rd quarter. I don't think that same strategy will work vs MSU, and that we'll have to change our playbook.

Thoughts?

Loaded up the middle, suspect on the outside.

We ran a 4-2-5 against Memphis. Something to keep an eye on this week against Auburn.

DT rotation is probably one of the best in the SEC, DE is a huge ?. I think the top four DTs are 275-300 and the DEs are 255-280 with Kaleb Eulls being the big guy there.

probably as good as anyone in the middle. the outside is talented but young, thin, and probably a little undersized.

We ran the most vanilla defense possible against Memphis. We didn't show many blitz packages and we had most of our starters out early. With Cox back this week, you will see one of the best d-tackle rotations in the conference. Eulls is going to do big things at de. Plus, PJ Jones will add a lot to the line as the season progresses.

Our Dline is decent. Our LB's are small and if they play LSU the way they played against Memphis yall might have 500yds rushing. If we are going to be a great team this yr,we have got to play better at the LB position.

That sounds eerily familiar...
