I'm not trying to get people fired up and I'm not talking shite. Serious question. If not the best he has to be the most fun to watch. The guy is all over the field and loves to lay the wood.

Neiko Thorpe says GTFO.

Probably would be if he were better in 1 on 1 coverage.

UnFair to predict one game in and no one has seen what anyone else will do against real competition

LOL, I have never been able to find a clip that showed the move Adams put on Mathieu on that play though. They showed it on replay during the game, it was sick.

Yeah neither have I but I remember it being pretty ridiculous. You can see him start to make the stop on the edge of that video but you can't see any more. One of the gutsiest fourth down calls I have seen in awhile. You can see that Mallett wasn't going anywhere but to Adams with that ball. Normally on 4th and 3 you would see a simple curl or flat route. I remember being pissed when we broke the huddle that we were in shotgun and not in a power run formation.

To be the best DB he has to be good in coverage. Is he? I really don't know, I haven't watched much of him. He makes plays, but I have no idea how he is when he has to cover

He needs work in 1 on 1 coverage but he is decent. He is hard to define as a player because he does so much more than what you usually expect of a DB. The guy is just EVERYWHERE. Best DB in the league? hard to say but he is one of the best.

I'm so ready for you guys from Arkansas to play a team worth a shite. I have a feeling you guys will need a lot of excuses when yall lose 3 or 4 games this year. I can see 2 big loses when yall play mama and when yall come to lay. Team with no running game are way easier to beat than the balanced team yall had last year.losing Davis will hurt way more than you want to admit. Capital one bowl at best but more likely atl bound for the chicken bowl.

He does fine in coverage until he gets matched up 1 on 1 against the top guys in the league, but he also gives up several inches to some of them. He's pretty small to be such a force on the field. And yes, he is everywhere.

Why would we lose 3 or 4 games this year? We may well lose to Bama and LSU but I don't see us dropping any other games and neither of those are locks. Yeah you guys beat Oregon and looked great, but if you think the Hogs are just gonna hand you 20 points and 4 turnovers so your offense can suck arse and still win you are frickin nuts, we will see when Thanksgiving gets here.

You have one example, and it's when he was a true freshman. GTFO

Yes I think he does have issues with the top receivers, and yes his height then does become an issue but he is a guy you have to have on the field. As a nickel back he is perfect. I think he starts for any team in the SEC due to his play making ability. It is uncanny how he is always there to make a play when you need one.
yeah my spelling sucks, it is late.. going to bed

There are other examples, I wasn't flaming the guy, hell I would probably trade any one of our DB's for him.
Lighten up Francis!

and about our running backs?
Why stop now ... Keep going
JK
He is a once and in a life time talent. He seems to always be near the ball.

the running game looked good but I think after a few games we're gonna realize Oregon's D-line is soft as frick so I don't know how well LSU is gonna run in conference play.
