I think it's Texas, but it will be close.

Texas ... Not a big gap, but UT also has a lot of talent and an easier schedule.

Would love to play them in the Cotton Bowl

Auburn is a better team but might not win more games. I think they both go 7-5.

I would be shocked if Texas wins 9 games. Mack might get the Darrel Royal forced retirement after this year

Texas has no offensive talent. They will have a 5 star true fish RB and Mike Davis at WR who is better than average. No QB, no OL and no other WRs. Texas thinks true fish Jaxson Shipley will be their best WR. That's how bad it is. But Harsin will run BSUs gimmicky offense so we will see what happens. Its pretty sad Texas has to resort to gimmick offenses with the talent they should have (but don't).

On D, they lost Muschamp. Manny D is not Muschamp and their D while ranked high last year sucked. They were ran all over by UCLA, K-St and A&M. Not to mention losses to Baylor and Iowa St.

Texas is probably the safer bet but Gilbert might be pretty awful again. I thought he looked pretty good in the BCS game and then the bottom fell out.

Texas does have the easier schedule but I don't think the horns have a prayer for having a winning season if they start GG in all of their games.

you know... after you boogs won a NC trophy, it really seems to have exorcised a lot of y'alls' demons. you have been shockingly real after all this.

that wouldn't have been the case before last year. kudos.

all i told you before last year was that we'd win every game and dominate.

Maybe it's not about being realistic, it's just about being right.

I kid of course.
