Auburn compliance director Rich McGlynn said he could not go on the record about Newton case until NCAA declared it over. He's on the record today talking about the Cam case at LINK .
They got away with it, didn't they.

Yes we did. We have a much better relationship with God than his holiness Mark Richt.

I see your logic, but it is not 100%. You also had JJ talking about the investigation and saying it was technically still open (in other words, If someone can find evidence and turns it in).
Jacobs points to comments from NCAA President Mark Emmert, who said “there was no evidence that money had changed hands and there was no evidence that Auburn University had anything to do with it.”
“Out of respect for the NCAA process, technically it’s still an open issue,” Jacobs said. “But when Dr. Emmert, the president of the NCAA, comes out in February that he’s found no wrongdoing on Auburn’s part, I’m not sure how you can be any more confident than that.
“And no circumstances have changed since then.”
If the Newton saga hasn’t been officially closed, Jacobs at least takes that statement as indicative of a happy ending.

Take that either way you want. Usually along party lines.

That's an article from a month and a half ago. I'm hearing that it's done, and that the NCAA has told AU that they're in the clear.

Cam and Cecil need to go ahead and confess and quit wasting the NCAA investigator's time.

Well BTT is saying that on Monday they were at Cam's tailor and the Tailor had an Autographed picture in the wall.

I'm shedding a little tear for all you little ATPBers out there. You'll be ok though. Until someone proves the whereabouts of Cecil and Cam for every second of the last 2 years, and searches every square inch of Earth where Cecil might have hidden the cash, you can still hold your heads high and declare Auburn's guilt. No one can take the following phrases away from you "bought a championship", "head in the sand", "whistling past their graveyard", "scam newton", etc... They are yours to cherish.
