Never been a big fan of Athens, but I think that has a lot to do with getting fed up with the extreme amounts of college uneducated that leach off the football program.

Unfortunately with the new academic standards it's hard for fans to get in. But I mean every school gas those people.
I don't get as mad because when I left PSU, UGA would not take my hours in progress so I couldn't go strait to UGA in the fall so either I stayed at PSU another fall or instead I chose to take a brief sabbatical at GSC. And yea they are some dumb frickers but UGA kids are obnoxiously dick to anyone they know who goes there so I don't really hate them

That LSU game in 09 with the bs celebration call was one of my favorite gameday experiences ever. Walking to the game behind a bunch of LSU geezers cat-calling UGA sorostitutes on the way down to the stadium. Love it when you guys are in town

That actually was one of the best tailgates I have been to. I hung out with my brother-in-law and his buddies off College Station and had a blast. We did a low-country boil and played laddergolf and drank a shite load of beer.

The number of people I actually know that go to UGA/Athens is a small fraction of the people I associate with it due to Facebook.

Don't go to UGA, but have been to many games always tailgate at ChiPhi house,soon to be RIP, and the SAE house. I have never tailgated on teh street or anything. But the walk really isnt that bad to the stadium went to the LSU game a couple years back.
O and one my younger friends is starting at UGA in the fall, trying to convnice him to sign up here but he is convinced it is all LSU. Ill mention this thread.
