I personally enjoyed Ted’s for what it was and enjoyed bringing my kids there. There are some sad regulars for sure today.

Who did you make your registered agent? Make sure they accepted the appointment at the email you provided. Will not issue until then. Also, they are actually decent if you just call and ask if there is a hold up.

If you read the top of the back page of the title it will say exactly what needs to be done but I believe the seller actually has to have their signature notarized and the Buyer can just be witnesses by two people.

Go to an ABC Title, not DMV, and they will hold your hand if you bring that form and the title notarized. Although, they can notarize it as well but if you have an attorney friend then it’s free.

You can get a gallon of Gumbo Ya Ya at the commissary near Mardi Gras works for $110. It’s the Brennan’s family of restaurants commissary. They have seafood, duck and andouille etc.
