10-3 Ark '10 = Undefeated Season ...

I don't think that I've ever seen a team that finishes 10-3 talk as though that went undefeated.
Beat LSU, but still finished with a worse record, lower final ranking in the polls, and a very embarrassing bowl loss for the program and the conference.
What happens if they finish 11-2 or 12-1?

Polls are simply a fabrication. Granted the SEC has benefitted from polls recently but they really don't mean anything.
Take LSU. Lost handily to Arkansas and played an aTm squad Arkansas also beat. The fact that the aTm win propels LSU to a better record than Arkansas is irrelevant to which team is better. Arkansas running the ball down LSU's throat clearly showed Arkansas was the superior team, regardless what any poll says.
Polls are political creatures who often makes questionable decisions. The voters may, and do, cast ballots with an agenda in mind. Football is the only major college sport where they rather vote to decide the best team as opposed to actually playing for it.

Wait? What does LSU know about undefeated seasons? They haven't had one since the 50's.
