Well, all I really heard was that someone posted a tweet by Blakely saying there is good chance he is going to get to play this year.

apparently there is some loophole that says if he didn't practice and didn't participate with the team, then he can transfer and be immediately eligible.. something like that anyway.

So what did he do this spring if he didn't participate with the team?
Did he go to meetings, weight room training, eat in the dining hall? What does "participation with the team" mean?
