There IS a difference....but not much.


My hopes regarding the family is that this lawsuit ISN'T about the money and instead will be a suit that will help prevent future deaths. I have a glimmer of hope about that being that we were told back in January it would be a $10 million suit and now there is no dollar amount listed.

Very true, but it still isn't OM's liability. Not that this matters at this point in the case, though.

So I`m now I`m gonna have to watch "Make sure you don`t have hereditary abnormalities before you play the foosball" PSAs.
