I'm sure Kiffin couldn't care less. Will the NCAA actually do anything to him?

Maybe, they punished Neuheisel while he was at Washington for violations committed during his time at Colorado.

The NCAA can ban coaches for 1 year, 2-3 years, life etc.

I don't see it happening. As much as people tried to make a huge deal out of it, it's just a few secondary violations that his brother-in-law will take the fall for.
