My challenge to you or anyone who gets "inside" info is, ask questions about a timeline. What's the hold up? If some of these people know as much as they claim, surely they have an idea of when it's all coming down or why it hasn't already.

I can only tell you what the guy told me and he said that football and Cam Newton will be an afterthought in all of what is going to happen at Auburn. That would lead me to believe that they are still gathering evidence.

Remember what that Blue tick hound guy use to say all the time about pulling one thread and it leads to another. I think when they pulled the thread it unravelled the entire piece of cloth.

He said Colonial Bank was involved but the Tiger Unlimited Foundation is the focus of the investigation.

As much as I would like to belive it, the folks in Auburn do not appear to be worried... So not sure who you are talking to, but shutting down the program is not even a possibility. ATM cards to a closed bank do not make a lot of sense to me, so I do not see how that angle would work. Using an ATM is NOT against the law, so you have to prove where the money came from. Auburn is very good at what they do, so far the ATPB is hoping there is something on the McGregor tapes, but so far we have to wait.

TUF is the fund raising arm, similar to Tide Pride. That is a 501-3-c and is subject to IRS requirements, that would NOT be a good place to funnel money.

Your reading too much ATPB... When Auburn gets in trouble it will be over street agents like Nelson.
