That is an understatement. The feds are strongly looking at this case due to the fact he put a hazardous chemical in a public place. At worst he is going to lose the hazardous chemical license used to purchase the pesticide. If someone bought it for him I feel bad for them as they are about to be brought in a mess.

Actually, it was the dogs. They peed around the trees and the salt killed them. Harry/Harvey is just covering up for the dogs and is willing to take the rap!
