That is an understatement. The feds are strongly looking at this case due to the fact he put a hazardous chemical in a public place. At worst he is going to lose the hazardous chemical license used to purchase the pesticide. If someone bought it for him I feel bad for them as they are about to be brought in a mess.

The last I heard was the possibility of doing 5-10. They also said whoever he got the chemicals from could be facing charges as well.

If he "only" does 10 years, he will need to make a beeline from the jail to a state very far away upon release.

Hang that POS. He's an embarrassment to the whole Tide Nation.

I think they should make him attend all Auburn home games and wear Auburn gear the rest of his life.......

If he only faces state charges, my guess is he will be charged with 1st degree criminal mishief, which is a class C felony and carries a maximum sentence of 10 years (which he will not get). If the feds bring charges, I have no idea what it will be.

Ultimately my guess is probation, lots of community service and high restitution fees.

They need to quarter the guy and put his limbs at each corner of the state and put his head on a stake in Auburn as a statement to BAMA.

Agreed but he will do some Fed time for sure....he'd get killed if he went to Holman. Both fans lose to me in this incident. Us Bama fans lose in the court of public opinion and Auburn fans are gonna lose some history

I have already said this a couple of times on here, but I honestly think making him clean the new Toomer's trees (after AU wins) for the next 5-10 years would be the most appropriate punishment.

Yeah, because we were so supportive of his actions.

I almost said that earlier. I hope they make him clean out the poisoned soil, put in the new soil, and plant the new trees.

I'm sorry. I've had a lot of shite going on lately. My sense of humor isn't what it usually is. I just misunderstood you. My apologies.

I can't agree with this at all. What he destroyed can't be replaced.

I want him in Holman where he can't be dealt with by someone from alabama, whether it is a fan of either side doesn't matter.

You are out of your fricking mind. Would you feel the same if some crazed Aubie destroyed Denny Chimes or dug up the bear and burned his remains?
