Why can't they just use wood? I HATE that ping noise.
PS... Why does State have to have a fricking film festival on the opening friday of the season? Not only am I missing the opening game , but I have to go there to miss it.

This must be something new, I never heard of such a thing when I was in school at State a few years ago.
How'd the movie that Nutt's son made and acted in turn out???

I asked a buddy of mine that same question. He says that wood bats would put a lot of programs out of business due to having to purchase so many over the course of a season, with practice, games, etc. I never thought of that, but outside the SEC, a lot of smaller programs live on the margins.

catch a game at the dudy. i would do the same in oxford if i was there.
