Hat's off to Bama

You had a great gameplan in the first half. Green early then Releford getting into the land against the zone and getting an easy shot. This lead to open outside shots that you knocked down. Almost and impossible combination to stop. With your defense you should make the tournament and be scary. Good Luck.
I feel once we got Green in foul trouble we played much better defense. I'm surprised we came back with Warren being irrelevant. I still think we are a good team that can salvage our season by winning our remaining games. 2x Auburn, Arkansas, @MSU, @USCe, and maybe playing great and beating Bama at home.
I have a question about a couple of fouls though. They are not the reason we lost but they bugged me. How was Henry called for a foul on that rebound and why were there so many ticky tack fouls out between the circles?

So, you think Ole Miss wins out?

I thought as usual it was schizophrenic as hell. The officiating I mean. I think in the first half we played really physical defense and in the second Ole Miss was the one playing really physical defense and I think both got away with a lot of stuff, a lot of bumps, a lot of hand slaps, etc.
But then out of nowhere they'll call a hand check
Right after somebody almost was decapitated. Its a tough job, so we're probably too harsh at times but it just seems like they don't know exactly what's a foul and what isn't.

Great comeback by Ole Miss. Best team I've seen us play this year, other than stinking Vandy. Can't wait to see Vandy lose in SEC

We slowed the game down to milk the clock and it hurt our offensive flow. Ole Miss never quit.

It's true. I have called some little league baseball and hated it so I don't like to get on refs too much. And I'm not saying by any means that is the reason we lost but there is a lot of stuff that doesn't get called and then little stuff that is called. I think the general rule of thumb should be that if it doesn't affect the play then let it go. Everyone just wants to let them play and the better team that day win.
