According to Malikia Griffin's post on Rival and everyones favorite source of credible information... Facebook.

That sounds like solid info. Good enough for me.

All he said was he was headed to Oxford. No mention if it was for the afternoon or for school. I think it is still up in the air.

He only took the Alabama visit to build some drame and give Nutt another "Massie".

Congrats on the pick up, Brassell is the best player in MS this year IMO.
My only question is that if he knew he wanted to go to Ole Miss all along why didn't he ever go and commit to them?

Hope it's true. Hotty Toddy.

Eh from his comments after the post it does seem like he meant going to school there. I wouldn't have posted it if FB was the only source

If I were a highly touted recruited, I wouldn't announce shite until I actually sent in a LOI. I would suck up every freebie, take every visit, nail every hoochie momma, and pocket every dollar I possibly could during the recruiting period.

I want to agree with you but his comments of yea (question "Oxford?") then "you crazy" and "don't start punk" don't exactly clarify he is all Ole Miss, but again I hope he is.

Hey Omaha, is there a specific reason you're using Nick Redmond as your sig?

Brassell and Whitehead will both sign with OM. This was Nutt and OM's plan for them both to take their visits this weekend, and wait til closer to or on signing day, so things won't look near as fishy.

I really hope you don't believe that. If so....then wow.

Someone just needs to get it out of Joe Morrow. I think he knows who got what.

I know State wishes these accusations were true...but not all wishes come true.

If we are cheating why did we lose Holliman, Johnson and Mason when they were either committed or Ole Miss leans at one time?
Also, If we are cheating why are we having to get "leftovers" from other states that big schools did not want in Raven, Worthy, and Moore. The only players who you can claim we "cheated" on is CJ, and he wanted to play with the other Dandy Dozen's.
Think logically and you will lose your case of butthurt and be able to actually help out the discussions on this board. Or you can keep being brainwashed and be pissed and confused why all the top players in the state go to the flagship school in the state. Your call.

Rivals has Ole Miss at 16 right now. With the way last season played out, you think that would be MSU in that spot. Good job Rebels.

What happened to State recruiting this year?

That.
and Gator fans have been saying all along that his personality is a huge detriment to his recruiting. Diaz and Hudsped(sp?) left and their class fell apart. They were unarguably the best recruiters on Mullens's staff and when they left, the recruits left too. In Irvin Meyers book, it states that he had to personally step in because they were about to lose Tebow to Bama because of him.
