That is if Miles leave. You guys seem to have a great affection for him considering your comments of how AU shouldn't have fired him.

How would feel about him being your coach?

as a HC probably not. there are just better options.

i'd love to have him as athletic director or some type of GM role. he is a good man and is good for any program, community, and player.

I don't want him. He's a cocksucker but he fit in at Auburn perfectly and did it without shady backroom bullshite.

Used to hate him, but I might be willing to give him a shot.

Tubbs is a very good coach who wins with lesser talent.

My theory is that Tubbs was too strong of a personality for Auburn. They wanted a puppet like Chizik. So they started forcing Tubbs hand, until he eventually just had to leave.

The one problem I have with Tubbs is that he isn't a great recruiter. He is a good talent developer, and can win with a bunch of 3*s. But at LSU, I want the state's best, no questions.

Paired with the right OC, and with a good recruiting coordinator, I think Tubbs could be successful at LSU.

Is he the best man for the job? Probably not.

I'd rather jump in a lake filled with candiru. Better yet, I'd rather push Tumorville into a lake filled with candiru.

Absolutely. Tubberville ran a clean program and would be a great fit. He made Ole Miss and Auburn better. Will do the same for LSU. Seems as though he is coming to grips that he must run a somewhat open offense and cannot sit on a lead.

Once Auburn gets exposed for what they did and Newton fades into the sunset, then the Plains will return to relative mediocrity once again.

I think he would be very good in the short term with the talent we have. Long term with his recruiting history is a lot fuzzier.
