Usually Auburn fans either went to Auburn or have family there, its a closer knit fan base than schools like Bama, Tennessee, or even Georgia who pick up a lot of bandwagon fans.

This thread was in no way meant to offend Auburn. Hard to talk shite about a team in the NC, I was just wondering what angle this term meant. Makes sense.

Yeah I understood...and I meant no offense to Bama, or Tenn, or UGA. The bigger state schools always pick up more bandwagon fans, same goes in Texas or Oklahoma.

That's certainly not true of the Auburn fans I know.
By the way, I heard a Buckeye commit say "Buckeye Family" earlier in the game... perhaps AU could file a lawsuit?

I would agree with that statement.
To the guy commenting on Quan Bray, technically all students get recruited to go to a certain school, whether it by your parents, a football coach, or a school recruiter.
There just aren't a lot ton of people that grow up loving Auburn.
