9/3/11 @ Memphis W
9/10/11 @ Auburn W
9/15/11 LSU (Thursday) W
9/24/11 Louisiana Tech W
10/1/11 @ Georgia L
10/8/11 @ UAB W
10/15/11 South Carolina W
10/29/11 @ Kentucky W
11/5/11 UT Martin W
11/12/11 Alabama L
11/19/11 @ Arkansas L
11/26/11 Ole Miss W

9-3 (5-3)

Call me crazy, but I think that we are going to be even better next year than we were this year.

Before LSU fans give me hell on my pick, I really believe we can pull off the upset of LSU on Thursday night in Starkville. LSU will have more talent, but Mullen will have our guys ready to play.

9-3 or 8-4 is a safe bet.

I'd stay on the 9-3 end too

Auburn, LSU, USCe, UK, and Ole Miss (solely based on the fact it is a rivalry) are all possible losses.

I like the 9-3. Before you a-holes start bashing that prediction, go back and see what you predicted for this year.

The auburn game isnt just another win for you..you will struggle in that game..you might win, but it is not an automatic W..

I don't see MSU having any drop off next year. The way you won your bowl game this year can only help your recruiting. CDM is also the right fit for your team and you will be a force for awhile.

LSU is on a Thursday night on ESPN and that always plays well for the home team. Plus we are due to beat LSU and last time we played in Starkville, State gave LSU all they wanted and came up a yard short. Next year Mississippi State will be far more talented.

And this effects a rivalry game because?
Ole Miss will be improved next year but record won't show it because we do play in the SECw.

I don't see Auburn being very good and Ole Miss and Kentucky won't either. We return 17 starters and a lot on the 3 deep. Ole Miss, Kentucky, and Auburn are wins. I say we win one out of LSU and Georgia.

We return ALL of our skill players, and 9 total starters on offense and 8 on Defense. In addition to the RS Freshmen who will contributing and the freshmen we sign this year that will contribute.

3 starters on OL and 7 or our two deep returning.

DL we only lose Pernell McPhee, but return Fletcher Cox who has All SEC potential, as well as returning 7 or our 8 two deep on DL.

We will be fine.
