You're right med, you know more about the inner workings of the UGA AA than the Associate AD. I guess the fact that it's been done the same way for 14 years doesn't matter at all.

It's the little things like this that show why Richt is not as successful as UGA deserves. Would you ever imagine Coach Saban or Meyer handing out plaques with a win already on it before the game was played? It is small psychological things like this that add up over time to create an "I deserve this" attitude as opposed to one that says "I have to work for this."

It would have been more funny if it wasn't something that they've done for the last 14 years. Changing the plate because they lost to UCF is kind of funny though.
