That's why he shouldn't be out there, he's an athlete trying to play QB. And hardly any of that athleticism will transfer over to the NFL.

If Washington had an better talent at QB behind him, he WOULD'NT be out there...

Seattle would not pass up locker if they get a shot at him.

Washington coaching staff said "they were looking for the next Sam Bradford or next Donovan McNabb in the draft."

Seems like they are saying they would go after Cam Newton or Andrew Luck.

Newton seems to have more raw ability and a bigger upside than Locker. Also if Newton doesn't pan out at QB he could contribute at WR or TE very easily.
