Holliman was one of the top safeties in the nation and was a four star on scout and rivals, while Johnson is a 4 star on rivals and 3 star on scout. We were kind of expecting this, but it hurts us badly with the DB help we need. Holliman would have probably been in the safety rotation next year. Like I said I was expecting this but thought they were going to sign with a big time program, but it looks like they're going to sign with either Louisville or West Virgina. Will announce which one tomorrow at 1pm LINK

This must be why Ole Miss signed a couple of JUCO DBs last week.

Kinda odd time of the year to decommit. Are they not going to officially visit Ole Miss next month?

That's exactly what I thought when we signed the jucos... That the coaches knew something we didn't

Idle curiosity

Is there some connection between Sinatra and ole miss I'm not aware of? Or you just happen to like Frank?

Sinatra actually never performed in Atlanta or Omaha. Little known fact.

Wouldn't be surprised if they wind up in Louisville, what with Charlie Strong being there.

Charlie Strong is going to turn around Louisville quickly I believe. I definitely wouldn't be suprised to see both of these guys end up there. Even more so with Teddy Bridgewater committing to Louisville yesterday.

Considering how bad the Big East sucks right now, it shouldn't be too hard for him right now.

No big loss considering Whitehead and Brassell are Rebel locks.

You can look at their offers and it's pretty obvious they're both overrated. Trade Raven for both of them and you're probably coming out ahead.

I wouldn't say overrated on Holliman but they are both huge grade risks. There is a reason not a single one of the Big 3 Florida schools offered them including hometown Miami who had a whole 7 commits not to long ago and could use the help at DB.
