The Rebs are led by upperclassmen this year (for the first time in like four or five years) so one can't really tell, but freshman guard Dundrecous Nelson has looked great at times.

Where would you say Ralston Turner fits on this list? After the Wichita State game I would think about switching him with Andre Stringer.

Bruce Ellington can't shoot, but he has been a very solid point guard.

But if I had to go with an All-Freshman team, it would be:

PG: B. Knight
SG: R. Turner
SF: D. Lamb
PF: T. Jones
C: T. Harris

Patric Young has probably been the biggest disappointment so far.

Ellington's jumper is a C- at best, but he is so quick with the ball. I think he will pan out and be a great PG for us.

Trevor Releford is legit. I can't wait for him to actually be surrounded with some talent next year.

Ralston is definitely on the list, but stringer has been consistent been in double figures each game except one, and playing the PG position as a freshman is difficult, Ralston has a little easier job all he is asked to do is catch and shoot, stringer is asked to score, and run the offense with limited inside production, stringer has be rocky at times but overall he's a player

Yeah, if we can somehow land Trevor Lacey, we'll be a serious contender next year, especially if Green stays.

Are we officially out of it for Lacey? I didn't think the Komara situation would be that big of a deal since none of the big name players from Huntsville actually play for him but seeing Langford committ to Illinois and hearing a little rumblings about Lacey dropping us has changed my opinion on that matter.

ETA: I'm disappointed in Green. I thought he would be a much bigger force in the middle but he plays a lot smaller than his listed size. He is a nice player and would be better than anybody we have but after his freshman year I was expecting bigger things out of him.

We offered. The only thing keeping him from pulling the trigger is momma - she wants her little boy close to home.

IMO we'll lock him up soon.
