To me the way these polls are created and voted for should take into effect the way these kid's approach the game and their dedication to the game with integrity and not just for the sake of them saying they have it but, it will show in their daily lives. To say a player has that integrity will show not only in his preparation for the game but also his dedication for the game and also it will show off the field as well as on the field. JMHO!
