Personally, I don't care about the style of offense, as long as it's successful. Urban Meyer ran a spread option, as does Chip Kelly, and they're both fantastic coaches.
Rich Rod was a good coach when he was at WVU. However, I'm unsure whether the majority of that success was due to Pat White and/or Steve Slaton. Nevertheless, interesting thing to mull over.
What other coaching options are there [relatively big name guys I mean]? Just trying to think of a list...Mike Leach, Randy Shannon, Mike Gundy, Tommy Tuberville, Kyle Whittingham, Gary Patterson, etc.

Most hog fans would push for Clint Conque, who has done great things with UCA.
He's won far more games as a college head coach than Malzahn, and doesn't have the shady recruiting tactics to worry about.
