I don't think (with a fairly high degree of certainty) that there is booth-initiated review in the SEC.

They are able to review any and every play from the booth.

for sure the booth reviews every play...I think it should of been reviewed but I think the call would of stood imo

The play happened at the same spot as PP almost- interception. See NC_Tigah's BDS chart below
