Slive doesn't control the FBI and NCAA. I think the NCAA will try to get things worked out faster, if Auburn were to win next week. You got the Heisman and possible BSC game and they don't want more bad press on college football.
If Auburn goes down to Bama, things could go at a slower pace. IMO.

Of course he does, how else would Auburn known about all of this ahead of time?
