Kenny Rogers refuses to talk to state regulators...

"I think they want to put Kenny, somehow, into the agent category. He clearly is not," attorney Doug Zeit said of Kenny Rogers, whom he described as a consultant to Chicago agent Ian Greengross. "I'm not certain we want to talk to them, and it's my call. It's not Kenny's call. I'm not sure at this point whether we need to talk to anybody else."
Rogers talked with NCAA investigators Tuesday. Dave Scott, Mississippi's assistant secretary of state for regulation/enforcement declined comment.

Well, if he is an agent, isn't that really bad for Cam, since Cecil dealt with him?
There were guys suspended for attending agent parties. It seems like Cam is being held to a different standard here.

Seems like his phone records need to be gone through to see how many schools he called on after initial contact with Cecil. Cam did know about this, he even explained why they contacted Rogers.
