I'm in disbelief at our good fortune. As long as the Aubs stay #1 until we beat 'em, we're in Glendale.

It is setting up perfect for us. Everyone is happy that we lost and they thing they are back in it and that we are not that great anymore. We roll into BR next week and handle the tigers and their 7 or 8 QB system, how ever many they have, and then we crush the souls of every Auburn fan on the planet and go back to the NC came and repeat.
Suddenly everyone finds themselves right back where they were when the season started, BAMA is their daddy and they have next year to face us again and they will be worse than they are right now and we will be better.

None of this is really surprising though except for the fact that Iowa is handling Mich St. so clearly. Mizzou winning today (and yeah I know its not over) would have been VERY surprising to me. I don't think many people really thought either of these teams were for real.

Not me. I still feel queasy about our defense and don't even get me started on Greg McElroy. I'm afraid of a potential Utah-like embarrassment in the national championship game.

Mi St goes down, we're up to 6. Mo goes down we're to 5. We'll jump Boise and TCU going to 3. We win out beating Au, and Bama's in.
